The apartments on the 5th floor have a wonderful view of Palais Lichtenstein park. The elevator is interestingly constructed. The apartments are spacious, well-furnished, and have ample storage space. The kitchen is comfortable and equipped with an induction cooker. The bathroom has a full bath and a spacious shower. There is good sound insulation and fast Wi-Fi. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and tram stations, supermarkets, and within walking distance to Vienna Ring.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with the major rail system just a short distance away, making it easy for us to explore the city. The apartment we stayed in was veryvery comfy and tidy, with high ceilings and plenty of windows, made it feel spacious. We had our own sitting room and a kitchenette, convenient. The location was great, with easy access to attractions and public transportation.

One negative aspect was the inappropriate comment made by one of the reception staff about my appearance. It was unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable.

We're a young couple from Italy. We spent some days at Mondial. Apartment for New Year's Eve. We appreciated the location of the apartment , the kindness of the staff, the wide size and the cleanliness of the place. The neighborhood is quite and there are supermarkets and some places to have breakfast. The rooms are very spacious, the mattress from the bed very good quality. The kitchenette is very well equipped. Everything was perfect, so that in our next trip to Vienna we will choose the same place. Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience during our New Year stay in Vienna. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. They even booked tickets for us to a music concert and obtained choice seating. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to tram and train lines, as well as local restaurants and coffee houses. We also appreciated the well-furnished and clean apartment with a fully equipped kitchenette and was very quiet, great to get a good night's sleep.

There were no negative aspects to our stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent and beyond our expectations.
